The 45-ton LF Ladle Furnace is a critical station for enhancing molten steel purity. It performs deep desulfurization, precise alloying, and temperature control to remove impurities and fine-tune composition, providing high-quality, homogeneous steel for subsequent forging processes.
The 5-ton Electroslag Remelting Furnace is essential for producing high-end specialty materials. It melts a consumable electrode via electric current, causing molten metal droplets to solidify layer-by-layer through a refining slag layer, significantly enhancing material purity, density, and compositional uniformity.
The intelligent slag skimmer accurately identifies the slag layer on the molten pool surface via a vision system and performs rapid, thorough removal. This process significantly reduces slag inclusions, directly improving molten steel purity and final product quality.
Replacing manual expertise with automated programming, this system standardizes and replicates the pouring process. It is a key step in enhancing ingot quality consistency and ensuring stable performance for high-end materials.
